Question about Cameras
I would make sure you have not inadvertently turned the flash off. When the camera is set to picture capture mode press the flash button, which looks like a jagged arrow, and use the left/right arrow keys to set the flash to the desired setting which I would suggest just leaving it on auto flash mode. If this doesn't work I would try resetting the camera back to the factory default setting, which can be done by removing the battery and the memory card and waiting at least 5 seconds and then reinserting them. If neither of these options work I would have it looked at by an authorized service technician. I hope this helps!
