You have probably selected the "Zoom setting" that has enlarged the picture size and is causing this problem. Please get me the make and model of your tv so that I can tell you how to change this setting and solve your problem.

The option your looking for is screen resolution should solve your problem entirely if it does not your tv may need a firmware upgrade or a new board which requires a technician

hope this helps

Strange, that is usually a zoom setting. Does Zoom affect it in any way, does it just get more zoomed? Very very strange, something may be wrong with the video board of the TV...

Thanks, let me know

There is no panoramic mode on that, you have gone through all video modes... Unfortunately it sounds like your video board may be bad.

Have you tried unplugging it completely from the power and replugging? If so it will need some work on the tv unfortunately.

If you have to use the "ASPECT" button on the remote, set the screen to "JUST" it gives you full screen without "morphing" the picture. If you are using HD cable, SAT, Or FIOS, check the main settings menu in the cable/sat/fios box. make sure its 16 x 9 or "Full" If you still have an issue, post a comment with the details of products connected to your TV. Makes and models and I will help you further. Hope this helps.

I HAVE A SANYO, ON MY REMOTE CONTROL IS A BUTTON "PIX SHAPE" this will change the sides and top/bottom. I have 4 settings. OR you might check you owners manuel as to where this button is. Possibly under menu. My Dads TV is a little different from mine. so your button might not be where mine is.
