Question about Televison & Video
Usually ,by your description, when I ran into this it was caused by signal interference. Try playing a dvd or vhs. If problem goes away call your service provider(cable or sat.). If problem is still there remove rear cover and access boards. Look at inverter board where plug goes into it and you will see two capacitors. If discolored or misshaped, replace them. Or replace whole board. This solved over 3/4 of completed repairs on these for us. Good luck, Russmann.
