Hello there:
When the clothes are wet at the end of a cycle, check these: Motor coupler To test the motor coupler, re-start the washer in its spin cycle. Let the machine run for a minute, and then open the lid and notice whether the tub is spinning: If it's spinning when you lift the lid, the coupler is fine. If it isn't spinning--and your machine was produced by Whirlpool®--you may have a broken coupler. Many Whirlpool-made washers use a small, relatively inexpensive device called a motor coupling. This plastic-and-rubber component is mounted to the shaft of the motor on one side, and to the transmission on the other. Over time, the coupler wears out and fails. When that happens, you need to replace it completely. Spin cycle If the washer doesn't reach its proper spin speed, the clothes may be too wet at the end of a cycle. Check to be sure the load is properly balanced and run a spin cycle again. If the clothes are still wet, you may have a worn or loose belt (Maytag®), a worn clutch (GE®/Hotpoint®), or a worn motor pulley or tub bearing. Replace the applicable component. Alternatively, there could be clothes caught between the inner and outer tubs. Read the "It spins but won't pump" section of the "It won't drain" section. Also, there could be other things that cause friction on the drive train. Seek the assistance of a qualified appliance repair technician. Siphoning If the water that pumps from the machine goes right back into the machine after the spin cycle, it may be because your washer is siphoning the water from a laundry tub with a slow drain, back into the washer. Try to improve the draining of the laundry tub. (Is there something stuck in the drain?) Also, be sure the drain hose doesn't reach more than about 4 inches into the laundry tub. If it does, cut off the excess. Water-inlet valve Water-inlet valves eventually fail. One problem that may develop with a water-inlet valve is that it can no longer completely shut off when the electricity is turned off to it. Then, the valve may leak and drip water into the clothes tub--you may notice that your washer has water in it when you haven't used it for a few days. To fix this, replace the valve.

During the spin cycle it spins correctly until the last 2-3 minutes and then it just fluffs clothes

Some machines used a variable speed slow down process to avoid clothing damage, this removes the items from the outside of the drum where if the clothing was left for a length of time after the cycle has finished it could damage the fibres, this way the clothing is also easier to remove from the machine and promotes airflow over the items

Atlantis MAV6260AWW is not spinning at full speed, its agitating while spinning leaving cloths very wet .

check under lip of washer or around outside of tub. A garment may be in the void between tub and basket. It won't always slow down spin cycle as it may roll around when spin cycle is on but occasionally it will ball up and jam between the basket and tub thus decreasing the spin speed. Socks are a common problem and if you are sometimes whiffing a foul water smell that is the article of wet clothing that has remained wet for some time.

Bosch washer won't spin with wet clothes

I am not sure if Bosch has a "load sensing" sensor, but I would start there else you may have a motor issue, or bad capacitor on your motor.

Have a kenmore washer and I have to run everything thru 2 spins cycle

If the washer doesn't reach its proper spin speed, the clothes may be too wet at the end of a cycle. Check to be sure the load is properly balanced and run a spin cycle again. If the clothes are still wet, you may have a worn clutch.

The rinse cycle dont work also the spin cycle

Had a similar problem 4 months ago with our top loader washer.
Our problem was the door/cover closure detection switch.
It had rusted out.

The machine would still empty out,
but the drum wouldn't spin up. Result was a very wet
lump of clothing and the dryer doing 4x duty trying to
dry the stuff.

In the permanent press cycle only the spin cycle isn't spinning enough. Clothes are extremely wet must run another spin to get out the water.

Thts right....the permanent press cycle my only spin at 600rpm because the clothes would be creased otherwise. Hence the PP cycle.
Some machines lock the PP cycle to low spin RPM. Some allow you to over ride this setting. Check your machine and have a play with the controls. Some PP clothing should even be drip dry to retain the premanent press in the garment. If you want PP then low spin is needed. fast spin will not be a PP cycle...

Clothes are still very wet after spin cycle

I would remove the front panel and inspect the electrick pump for objects. Look into the tub to pump hose for small items of clothing, as far as the to goes their are 4 bungys that will stretch and make the water slosho out. Very easy to replace but you must first push downward on the front panel and get it out yer way then pop the top. The manual is HERE

Does water run all the time or part of the time. Some water is injected during the spin cycle to remove excess soap and softener.

GE WSM2780W Stacked Washer spin cycle

With no clothing in the wash tub take the following steps:
1. remove the front cover from the wash tub
2. run a full cycle of laundry and observe the tub's behavior

Potential Solutions:
A. If the tub begins to shake wildly during a full wash cycle with no clothing in it then you will need to adjust the 3 large springs on each side of the tub until the unit is working in a more-balanced position. This is simple to do by hand. If the tub appears to be shaking too far forward, then unhook the 2 large springs in back so they are tighter. Then run a full wash cycle again with no clothing.
* note: there are smaller springs too - you don't have to adjust these to fix your issue

B. If the tub works fine with no clothing during a full wash cycle, then try to load your clothing in a more balanced fashion. For example: if your wash load is only a small kitchen or bath rug then when the unit spins it will spin off balance with a wet & heavy item on only one side of the tub.

C. If you'd like to replace the 3 large springs, I can get you the part numbers. There are specific springs for both sides of the wash tub and they are different part numbers. The full replacement of the 3 large springs can be done by hand.

thanks,
Chris I.
