Question about TeamViewer
Kindly let me know whether you have installed TeamViewer or you were just running the TeamViewer program without installing.
TeamViewer program has two options:
(ii)Run ( program can be used without installing)
Assuming that you have installed TeamViewer and using Windows XP operating system, to bring the Teamviewer icon on the desktop:
1) Click on Start button, then All Programs> TeamViewer > right-click on TeamViewer 5 and select "Send to Desktop" from the menu.
2) Alternately, open "My Computer", then C:\Program Files> TeamViewer > Version 5> right-click on TeamViewer.exe and select "Send to Desktop" from the menu.
If you have not installed the TeamViewer program and were using "Run" option, you will have to re-install the program.
Hope this solves your problem. For more help and clarifications, please feel free to reply to this post by clicking here.
