Question about HP PSC 950 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The printer keeps saying "paper is too narrow....." and fails to print even though I am using the same 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper that I have always used. I tried finding a solution on the web page but found nothing. I have tried powering off the printer, restarting the computer, reinstalling the print driver and checking/cleaning the ink cartridges. None of these things helped at all. Any advice?
Look in the printer software on the computer for paper size settings. If that doesn't help go into the settings menu on the printer it self. If you have HP Setup Assistant on your computer, use that to reset up your printer to your computer.
