In that case the power doesn't reaches the motor from the battery - check the key contact and its wires for bad contacts.

in that case use a voltmeter to find out where the power cut is happening - start from the battery towards the motor, check every wire, switch and connector

This toy bike is sold only thru Toys'r'Us. Find the closest shop and ask them where they send their defective parts for servicing.
The only shop near to your location is in Tucson 4619 N ORACLE ROAD TUCSON AZ 85705. Or you could phone them for informations (520)408-1118

This toy bike is manufactured in China and it doesn't have a repair manual - it's a very simple device that you fix it by opening it( it's hold together by screws) and accessing the components and replacing them; any car mechanic can do that.

  • Azrael SRL Oct 15, 2010

BTW here in the user manual you have an exploded view of the bike, with all the parts clearly labeled. http://www.razor.com/$assets$/26c3c2bb-d15e-4531-9157-70ec1128fb5b/MX500_MX650_Manual_V1_01-10_US.pdf

Mighty Max 20v battery charger flashing red and green light

You may want to look for the manual but it is mostly caused by a bad battery. The battery may be discharged far and many chargers are not capable to charge batteries being even close to full. Green means charging and red is fail. It keeps trying. A broken and useless battery may show the same indicators flashing. Inspect the battery to make sure it is in a good condition, like acid at about the right level and no traces of melting on the container or visible loose/bent plates. Put a voltage or multimeter on 20 Volt at its terminals and determine the battery has any voltage to begin with. 11Volt indicates an empty battery and 12,8 to 13,2 is probably full. An empty 12 Volt battery is charged with a 12 Volt ~ 1 Amp power adapter (maximum 1/10 of battery Amp but not until fully charged) and preferably a 1 Amp fuse in the + line. This is "attended charging," meaning things must not get hot and charging is stopped before the battery is full. Then try the charger again, always the 12 Volt clamps attached first and next the plug in the mains. Disconnecting is in reverse order.
Bad batteries often have sulfur on their plates and can be revived by fast discharging but the success rate is low. Meaning a battery can be better but not good enough. Batteries have a life of 5 years and closer to 10 when always charged. When charging was low and often not, the battery could have died after two or three years. This apart from a limited number of charge-discharge cycles. The test is with all lights on and then not dimming in the first minute or after ten seconds. Good batteries must hold charge for a week and not much less every day.

Does the chair have to be power on to charge. We purchased the chair used and put brand new batteries in it. It charged overnight but still does not I have a full charge.

have the charger charge rate checked as the charger may not be working to standard voltage for charging
you can do that by connecting a multimeter meter across the battery terminals and turning on the charger
the voltage should go from 12 volts to 14.5 volts indicating a charge is being put into the batteries
if you don't get that increase when turning the charger on , then there is something wrong in
battery connection, charger
wiring
fuse

My battery charger is blinking geen not red when I’m trying to charge it. What does that mean?

Hi Linda.
not sure if this will help you out,i found this on the internet.
Battery Charger Troubleshooter
When there is a battery failure, there is a possibility it was caused by a bad battery charger. When the charger is only plugged into the wall, it should show a green light. If there is no light showing, confirm that the outlet is good. If the outlet is good, it is very possible that the issue is with the battery charger, not the battery.
If the charger is plugged into the battery only, it should show a green light. (If you have purchased a new charger within the last year, you will not get a green light if the charger is only plugged into the battery. You will get a green light however if the wall charger is just plugged into the wall and not plugged into the wiring harness) If it does not show a green light, it is likely that the charger is not making contact with the battery. The most likely reason for this is a faulty fuse on the wiring harness. This fuse is a 2-amp automotive fuse, and it should be replaced with a 2 or 3-amp fuse available anywhere that sells auto parts. The fuse can blow out if there is a short in the charging system, or if the plug-in end of the wiring harness comes in contact with a battery terminal.
When the charger is plugged into both an electrical outlet and the battery, there should be a red light showing on the charger. A red light showing indicates that the charger is in contact with the battery and is actively charging the battery. Once the battery has reached a voltage level that is considered "fully charged" the red light changes to green. If after 24 hours the light has not changed to green there is no cause for alarm! Remember that when the light is red, the battery is being charged, and you will be able to use your system. After 24 hours or so, your battery is as charged as it is going to get, and if the light is still showing red you should disconnect the charger and go fishing. Replacement chargers and parts can be purchased directly from MarCum's website.
If you are really concerned about your battery, consider getting a basic volt meter to check the voltage of your battery. They can be bought for less than 20 dollars and will show you exactly what the voltage level of your battery is. If after 24 hours of charging your battery should have at least 12 volts (ideally 13-14 volts) and as long as it is over 12 volts it will work. If it is not at or above 12 volts you should consider replacing the battery. If your unit starts to malfunction while you are fishing, it would not come as a surprise that the voltage has dropped down to 11 volts or lower.
If the charger is plugged into the wall and battery, and you get a blinking light on the charger, it is very likely that the battery is faulty and should be replaced.
Batteries are an expendable item, and must be replaced periodically. Any store that sells ice fishing electronics will stock suitable batteries. You can also buy them at a specialty battery store, or by ordering one from our website. The batteries that you should use are the "Sealed Lead Acid" variety, they are 12 volts, and range from 7 to 9 amps. The more amps the battery has the longer it will run on a full charge. Your MarCum unit can be powered off of any battery that is 12 volts, even a large automotive or deep cycle batteries will work.

I don't have a manual for my small Black & Decker Smart Charger. I'm trying to charge the battery on my '07 Honda Rebel 250cc. It has settings for 2/6/12 volt batteries. How do I hook it...

Hi,

You just need to set black & decker charger to 12V . Don't make mistake while connecting + / - leads. + lead usually come with Red color cable. You can use the AVO tester to justify the lead cable. The charging time is normally about 10 -12 hours (or just just check the status on your charger display). If your charger does not has trickle charge facility, you have to disconnect your charger after 12 hours continuous use.

Also, you can find the guidance about your charger here :

Battery light will not go off. Battery is charged and we replaced the alternater.

Put a volt meter on the battery and start the vehicle, see if the alternator is charging to the battery,it should read 14.25 volts with all lights and blower off,and should not be less than 13.75 volts, with headlights on,and ac on high blower motor,it should read 13.65 volts,to 14.25 volts. Also check all fuses to make sure they are not blown, and make sure the large wire on the alternator shows 12 volts or more with the key off.If this wire does not show voltage,or less than battery voltage(12 volts) then that wire is not connecting to the battery positive side.
