Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
There could be a couple of reasons why this is happening.
If you are not in the home network, please ensure that international roaming is activated. Your service provider can do this for you.
Try to use a SIM card that is a local one and see if the phone picks up a network.
Is this a new Phone or a new connection? I mean, has this phone and SIM ever worked for you before?
You might want to set the phone to "Automatically Select" the network and see if it picks up the default network of your service provider.
