Why did you disable any drivers? Simply plugging in a USB keyboard would allow it to work. I fear that when you spilled your coffee you did more harm than just a 'sticky' keyboard.

Spilled coffee on the keyboard of my aspire one netbook. I powered down immediately and cleaned everything up. Now my onboard keyboard wont work, acts as if there is a key being pushed in at all times so I...

This means the motherboard is faulty, most likely some ICs have shorted out.
You can try to get the laptop repaired BUT if it was me I would put my money towards a new laptop, it may need a new motherboard.
The hard drive maybe OK then I would remove it and put it into an USB hard drive case and use it as an external USB hard drive.

How do I disable the laptop keyboard to use external keyboard

Since coffee was spilled on the laptop keyboard it needs to be removed because they hold a lot of moisture that continue to seep on the motherboard and eventually cause more problems, should correct the typing issue.

Soapy water spilled on acer keyboard. Now won't key

More then likely you will have to replace the keyboard, if none of the key work anymore since you spilled water on it. If you need a new keyboard you should be able to order one from acer but that will be more expensive you could try getting on from eBay just be careful from eBay from were you buy it from. If you do end up buy a new one they are really easy to take off and put the new one on just make sure you have a really tiny flat head if you could put the model of the laptop and how old it is and I could see put a walk through on how to replace your keyboard.

Spilled some soup in my spacebar then i took it out after i put it back all letters are jumbled. i got acer aspire 1 notebook. help pls!

The keyboard is faulty and has electrical faults that is causing the jumbled letters.
To test the laptop is functioning correctly connect an USB keyboard to your laptop and check to see if the USB keyboard types correctly. If not then the laptop has a serious fault and possibly needs a new motherboard.
If the USB keyboard works OK the you need to replace the laptop's faulty keyboard.
You may be able to get a replacement keyboard from this WEB site.

Another keyboard will not work

laptop keyboards also go. Has anything been spilled on it that you know of ?

Try plugging in a USB keyboard and see if the problem goes away. If so, you need to just get a new keyboard for the laptop.

I alreay had to change mine when I spilled VERY little coffee on it.
