Problem for PC Laptops

Acer orbicam is not working
First when I bought the laptop the orbicam was working but once has started displaying that the camera is used by another application.where can I find this another application to close it?Thanks .

- Im using XP with the 5580 and I get this same message about other app been usign my cam when in fact there's noneI was thinking to dissassamble it to see if something was wrong until I google it and start seeing that it's not only me so I'll be looking for more info on this subject.
