Question about Motorola Cell Phones

I have a motorola slvr ls7 hello moto phone and I am not able to access my memory card every time i try and go to my videos or sounds or pictures it freezes up but when I go to the mp3 player it will play the songs but if i try and search for songs it freezes up.

    Thanks for the help. You were right on the money. I was concerned that there was either a problem with the phone or that the memory card was damaged. But fortunately when I backed up the card and reformatted it and reloaded it everything worked fine

Hi,

Try backing up everything from the card and do a full reformat of the card.

I want to connect motorola L9 phone to pc , how to do , what are all needs I had tried to plug in usb port, but no response, expect new hardware found, motorola L9


first chek in usb setting ,if u want to connect Memory card,it shopuld be "memory card".i think u have not installed Drivers for ur phone....just put the Moto phone tool CD in ROM,& then connect ur phone through USB,,& select driver browse folder to CD ROM...it will automatically find the drivers from CD..

Do you have the USB data cable to attach it to a computer?

Find it: Press - > Settings > Phone Status > Storage Devices
1 Press S to highlight the memory card.
2 Press the Details key to see the memory card information

Press - to see the Storage Device menu, which lets you

Motorola L7 media player?


the format is .3gp or Mp4...but it is better to use the .3gp it compression is way smaller than the .mp4.

Cant find photos on memory card


Your photos must be saved in phone memory. So you have to check all folders of phone memory. After finding your photos in phone memory u can send them to your pc via bluetooth or infrared . Thank you.

Uploading mp3 flies


sweetrage: To access your music files you have to change the Storage Device. For example if you want to access your RINGTONES or SOUNDS, do as follows: 1. Go to MY STUFF menu by pressing the CIRCLED button between the GREEN (SEND CALL) and the RED (ON/OFF) buttons. 2. Select SOUNDS. 3. Hit the middle multiple bar between the BACK and GO TO options on screen (SOUNDS MENU). 4. Select SWITCH STORAGE DEVICE and select the CARD option. You're now accessing your files from the MEMORY CARD. If don't find the mp3 files, try and take pictures to store them on the card. If pics are not retriveable, the card is bad. SithPitt
