I have the same problem with mine. I have to try a few times to get it started. It acts like it wants to start, but keeps turning over and doesn't. Usually works on the second try though.

I have a problem with my 2005 Chevy Equinox. For some reason, every 8 to 10 months, the battery begins to weaken to the point where it will not start the car. Everytime this happens, the CD player seems to have trouble shutting off. It buzzes and clicks and makes the same sound it makes when I insert a CD but it does it constantly for about 2 minutes. I'm wondering if the CD player is not properly shutting noff and therefore slowly draining the battery at night.

Has anyone else out there had this problem?

    E-mail me a tbutler88@hotmail.com

    thanks TED

This problem happened to mine as well... I took it to a local garage and they did a throttle body service and fixed the problem, I asked what a throttle body service was and they said it was just spraying some cleaner into the throttle body while working the throttle was all it was.

If they don't fit it is the wrong cable. Check the type of connector that your comp. will accept before you buy a relpacement one.

Maybe you should just take the memory boards from the motherboard for a few minutes and then put it back on the same place. It helps sometimes.

Solving problems of this nature requires me to know what kind of car. Rember the (big City) dealers have bigger service departments and have more specialists that may have already come across your problems and fixing them on other cars. The service writer is there to get you signed in and to tell you what hes going to do and the charges involved and doesnt nessarily know if his techs can fix the problem unless they can cite examples of other cars they fixed and how they came out. Some noises are normal and the cheaper the car was as new the more likly that it will have some anoying but normal nioses

Reverse KVM problems

If you are sure the left monitor?s power is not the source of the problem it does sound like a shielding or excessive signal loss in a device/cable. If it?s always the left monitor I would try unplugging the video cable that goes from the left monitor and plug it into the right monitor; do the same with the other monitor. If the problem moves to the right monitor then that eliminates the monitors and we move on. If the problem goes away then probably one monitor had more signal degradation than the other. If the problem stays then the monitor is the source of the problem. If the problem followed the cable then I would exchange the cables that run from the switch to the monitors; if nothing changes exchange the cables that run from the switch to the PCs. If exchanging any of these cables results in the problem moving then you have a damaged cable or a bad connection. If the problem is still on the left monitor unplug the cables from the left PC that run from it to the switch and plug them into the right PC; do the same to the right PC. If the problem moves then you might have a damaged switch OR perhaps the video card output on one of the PCs is weaker than the other. All cables and devices weaken the video signal to some degree but the amounts can differ wildly. Over the years I?ve had this problem caused by cables, switchboxes, video cards, radio transmitters, bent connector pins, poor connections, excessive cable lengths, monitors and accumulative signal loss from several devices. The last is the hardest to diagnose. Good luck and let us know what happens.
