How to launch a sound file from micro br on a mac

this is an extremely simple solution. it is common sense to establish a usb link to the computer- what i am looking for is a codec to open files on the mac. the cross platform issue is the problem, not the lack of a physical connection to the computer.

In this device the music files are stored in the SD memory card that is plugged in it - they are in the MP3 folder.
To listen to them you must manually access and launch yourself. To access them you have 2 options:
1 - connect the device to the Mac directly by using an USB cable - the device will be recognized as a standard USB memory key that will be treated as usual.
2 - take out he SD card, put it in a card reader and treat it as usual.

The files are variable bitrate mp3's, any decent media player should be able to play them. If you don't have one then install VLC - it's the best and it's free.

The sound file has used all available space on the memory card. Either put in a different card or purge the sound file(s) on the card so you can record new files.

You can use it, but realize that you do all the work on the Micro BR and just download the result to the PC as an MP3 file. The PC treats the device just like a memory stick

I have boss micro br hooked up to my computer it has windows vista.I'm not finding a micro br icon to click on to open files or drag to another file to open so as to send in email.

You won't find a specific Micro Br Icon since it is a data transfer connection only.

Try going to "My computer" and it should appear similar to when you plug in a USB stick. It MIGHT have a meaningful name, but it might not.
