Found this maybe can help i dont know
I tried the fix of :
This may be an error finding the mark encoder. The mark encoder is the
white plastic piece on the left end of the roller. Replace the lense cover
first. If the error remains, turn the printer off, and place a piece if black
tape over the hole at the left end of the drive roller, this will block the
mark encoder from the line sensor and should trigger a 010092 error during
power on. When the 010092 error comes up,
press enter to continue past the error. After the printer comes ready, remove
the tape, and run a scan axis calibration.
To run the Scan Axis Calibration:
1. Enter "Device Setup".
2. Enter "Utilities".
3. Press the UP arrow and ENTER keys simultaniously,
4. Select "Yes".
5. Enter "Service Calibrations".
6. Run the "Scan Axis Calibration".

How do I fix? Designjet HP9000 error 1701

System Error 1700: Servo Motor Error

Description:
The Paper-Axis or the Scan-Axis Motor moves the Carriage, but the input from the Linear Encoder Sensor does not change
The easy thing to do is to check the "encoder strip". It's a metal strip about 1/4" high. It runs right to left behind the carriage assembly. Shine a flashlight on it and see if it looks damaged. If its dirty clean it with a slightly damp cloth(water or alcohol will work). Do it with power off. Make sure the carriage moves freely from one end to the other. If the carriage is binding or won't move at all, check the carriage belt for tears or shredding. If you can't SEE anything wrong it probably is the time to call in a trained tech.
The E0800 is a power supply error. You'll need a tech for that too.

Hp designjet 130 carriage moves to the left and will not stop

If the printer has ink cartridges, check to make sure one of them did not come "undone" and is stickup up slightly. If so, just press it back in place.

Carriage slams into left side

In this case unplug the power supply from the Printer........... 1. Open the Printer Cover.......... 2. Remove both the Catridges from the Printer............ 3. Move the Catridge Carrier which holds the catridge from right to left and from left to right for about 10 times............ 4. Try to make a copy without the catridges........If this works and it gives a Blank Page out............ 5. Insert both the catridges turn the printer off and turn it on again........... 6. Now it should work fine........ Good Luck......

HP 500ps showing error is System error 86:01

System Error: 86:01
Problem Description: Carriage-Axis shutdown.
If this error code appeared but was NOT caused by a paper jam, then try the following:
* Too much friction in the Slider Rod. lubricate the Slider Rod.
* The Carriage is bumping into the Service Station. If the carriage
is stuck at the right hand side of the Printer and cannot be moved
out to the center of the Print Platen it is because the Service
Station cannot uncap the Printheads. In this case replace the
Service Station/Aerosol Fan Assembly

Printhead path error type 2

The cause of the error is because the carriage is not moving normally. This could be caused by a number of things. Unplug the printer while the carriage is moving in print area of the printer. Open the top cover and manually push the carriage to its limits left and right. Listen and feel for any obstruction and correct anything that is in the way.

Check the condition of the carriage belt. If there are rubber crumbs under the belt, replace the belt.

Clean the encoder strip with a soft cloth and warm water. Use canned air to blow out the encoder sensor under the carriage (aim the air tube parallel to the encoder strip on both sides and give it a blast. The sensor is on the bottom of the carriage in the middle).

If the tube assembly has been changed, be sure the tubes are routed correctly. Remove and throw away the screws on the rear door behind the ink supply station.

Printing is getting jammed in the left corned, then cancells.

Try removing the screws from the back door on the Ink Supply Station (sometimes they catch on the carriage - the printer does not need the screws) Look under the carriage belt to see if there are rubber bits. The belt may be disintegrating and need replacing. Parts available here: http://www.lpscomputer.com/c-736-designjet-1050c-belt.aspx

Trying to find a schematic assistance to an error reported "system error 86:01" for my hp designjet 800.

System Error: 86:01
Problem
Description:
Carriage-Axis shutdown.
Corrective Action: If this error code appeared but was NOT caused by a paper jam, then
try the following:
Too much friction in the Slider Rod. Enter the Printer Information
utility (→ Page 4-26) and check the Scan-Axis usage. If the
percentage is close to 100%, then lubricate the Slider Rod.
The Carriage is bumping into the Service Station. If the carriage
is stuck at the right hand side of the Printer and cannot be moved
out to the center of the Print Platen it is because the Service
Station cannot uncap the Printheads. In this case replace the
Service Station/Aerosol Fan Assembly → Page 8-52.
Perform the Carriage Movement test → Page 4-8. Okay this is the error code direct from the service manual. if lubricating the slider rod does not resolve this issue then you have other problems. more than likely the carriage belt is in need of replacement. check inside of printer for debris. check under the carriage assembly. see if you are able to move the carriage assembly smoothly from side to side. hope this helps.

Hi ,My Hp5000 printer started out of the blue printing continuous lines down the left margin .Sometimes its seven lines & now 2 to 3 lines. How can I stop this & what caused it ? I'm needing to...

Hi Barry,

Thanks for the posting in FixYa.

If only the blue color is not shown after printing may be the Color Catridge having problem or may be getting empty.

Try after inserting a new Catridge. Otherwise clean the roller of the printer may be they get struck with the ink.

It thinks the ink cartridge is not installed, but it is

It's because you touched the connection side of the cartidge. Clean it with some contact cleaner(or surgical sprit)and let it dry.If possible clean the printer side of catridge contact. After both are dried well, put the catridge back.it must work.
