If you are looking to update your BIOS then you can obtain the latest version from Dell. There should also be a step by step guide on how to correctly perform the upgrade. However, unless there is a real need to upgrade your BIOS then you should not have to do this. I have worked on and custom built several PC's and have never had to update the BIOS.

You can download the audio and device drivers from Dell WEB site,the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages,the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. How to disalbe the boot logo of dell optiplex gx620

this logo with the dell picture can be disabled from the Bios settings get there press F2 on start ..or what ever key is indicated on that logo screen for to go in set-up ..and in there under advanced settings look for screen logo ..and disable it ..after that f10 to save settings ..or in some bios editions it will ask if you want to save changes on exit save changes and exit ..
just look carefully in the tabs ..cause this option is there for sure..and disabling the logo will kinda make it boot faster ..

My dell optiplex gx620 keeps restarting it does not even enter bios plz help

Please see that the connectors on the PC, check if there is loose connect on the board. Also if the bios battery is low on voltage- check with a multimeter.
Finally the memory card can also have a loose connection on the slot, remove and reset or try with another card.

Hello, I've got a WD 200BB IDE drive I'm trying to install in a Dell Optiplex GX620. Since there are no IDE controllers on the mobo, I'm using an "Ultra" SATA to IDE ATA adapter. I cannot get...

Go into the BIOS and hold down the key and then press the and keys in succession. This should force the motherbrd to go out and detect all connected devices.

Bios or windows? If bios, go into bios by pressing delete key at computer boot up. Then go to last tab and look for load default settings. If you are referring to your operating system. Use your recovery disk or partition and reinstall the operating system. Or you can try Control Panel\Backup and Restore Center

You can simply replace the old drive with new one. Make sure you have the jumpers on the same place as the previous one...
