I would require some more inputs from you so as to give a proper guidance.
As I understand the main unit of the system has crashed and so is not communicating to the Remote handsets. So this means that the base unit is faulty and has errors within that has caused the non communication.
Hence you can first try to reset by removing off power for a while and setting it back , if there is no result then the set needs to be opened.
Now only if you are able and has access to tools you must proceed. Check the adapter voltage to the base unit. If the input is fine check the regulator and the +5 to the processor. Now the functioning of the processor must be identified, check and confirm. If faulty it can be a bigger issue.Must have to check for visible failures, damge to board . So I request to give me a feedback.

The advice/tip given is with the belief that you are competent. You must attempt to do it yourself only if you are technically/logically able, especially when dealing with delicate devices, damaging while trying to open, Probing electrical/electronic circuits with high voltage or delicate components. Since the advice given by me is with the inputs provided and not based on a visual inspection, there can be further reviews required in some cases.

Hello,

Have you try to reset it? If no, Just try to reset it to factory settings.
Remove the AC Adapter from the AC power (either at the base or at the wall outlet) and immediately connect it again. Remove battery from the handset and immediately replace it. Place the handset back into the charger for about 5 seconds. That should reset the phone and put the phone on default.

Take care.

I have a Panasonic KX-T7030 telephone system: the buttons don't work!

I have not seen this in a long time. 'Way back in
the 1970's a similar problem would occur when the
telephone company accidently reversed the 'tip and
ring' wires. This was only a problem with the
then-new "push button" (tone) dialing, the standad
rotary dials worked fine. The fix was to reverse
the red & green station wires in the "B-block"
(on the baseboard) to undo the central office goof.

Maybe it still happens? Try reversing the red &
green wires in the modular (wall) socket you are
plugging the base ('main unit') into.

Good luck!

Two of my smoke alarms went off (no fire/smoke in or near house), one has a green light blinking and one has a solid green light, which need a new battery/reset?

The constant green LED means the alarm has AC power.
A flashing green light every 2 seconds without an audible alert means the unit recently sounded ( was the one activated ) and is now in latching mode to let you know that it was the unit that detected the problem. To clear the latching mode hold down the test button for 5 seconds.
Red LED flashing once per minute means that the back-up battery is connected and functioning.
Red light flashing constantly during alarm means that it is the unit that initiated the alarm siren.

My carbon monoxide alarm is beeping this has never happened before...what should I do? The red light is flashing...Had work done on my heating unit earlier today.

Your description sounds like the main alarm is not activated - good, the beeping and flashing light may be that the AC supply is switched off or the internal battery is needing replaced.

The AC supply may have been disturbed with the earlier work.

If in any doubt , do not operate the heating unit until your alarm is working happily.

Telephone disconnected from first alert professional alarm system

The phone wires run from directly from the telephone company connection to the alarm on the red and green. They return on the other two wires. These wires are hooked to your home phones. That's the UL way to do it. The alarm is supposed to be the first device on the telephone line. You can just run a phone line to the alarm panel. There probably is a diagram inside the cabinet door or a phone jack very near the alarm.

Panasonic tvs-100 voice mail beeping and flashes red power light four times

I'm having an issue with the same unit. But the blinking light is NOT on my phone it's the power light to the actual unit in my server room. It will flash 4 times and then stop. Flash 4 times again... I have looked through the manual to see what 4x power light means and I have found nothing!

DTIM with digial phone service

I install these types of alarms.
First, What is usuallly plugged into the cables main box? Usually it is a jack. This would run to the main phone lines in the house, and allow you to have service at alll the jacks in the house. If this was not the case, then you usually just plug your phone in directly. Either way, the tel #1/2 on the main box is the same principal as the two main lines comming in off the street with the phone company. If there is a jack, get another and a peice of 2/4 strand wire. (If you have a 8 pin bell jack let me know if not follow.) connect the red and green at the main jack to the red and green of the new jack. Plug in the DTIM and go. If it is just a plug in the phone directly then i suggest getting three jacks. plug a regular phone cable from tel 1/2 into the first jack. Then connect the red and green to the next red and green. this is the DTIM jack. Then do the same to connect a phone jack for your phone. I have installed lots of simon 3 systems but never with a DTIM> I also install alot of GE Allegro panels and they come with the DTIMs. Are you having it learn in properly? It should be group 39 on the system. At least it is on the other panels.
Good luck.

Can't get sound from the wireless subwoofer

There are 2 things you can try, first ensure that the digital transmitter is fully inserted into the slot of the main unit. Secondly do you have any other wireless devices near such as cordless phone or wireless network equipment? See page 5 of the installation manual as per this picture.......
