Fuser error printer 50.92.11

This indicates low fuser temperature. Likely the fuser has failed. Power off, reseat the fuser and then start again, if error repeats replace the fuser. Be sure to upgrade the firmware on the printer to the current revision as HP has made some adjustments to the DC controller on this printer to extend fuser life.

Paper jam in HP printer p3005n printer in between paper sensor+fuser assembly & toner

These printers have a problem with the bushings on the fuser, as they wear the gear drive moves away and you nolonger have drive to the fuser. HP has a kit, you replace the fuser and the gear driving it. At the same time, you should also replace the feed roller, both are simple to do with a phillips screw driver.

Hp laserjet printer p1007 engine scaneer error

1. Turn the printer off, wait 10 minutes, and then turn the printer on. 2. If the message persists, reseat the fuser. If that does not work, replace the fuser. To check the fuser, turn the printer off and remove the fuser. Measure the resistance between the fuser connectors. If it is not within the proper range, replace the fuser. If there is not continuity between the fuser connectors neutral and hot with the fuser removed, replace the fuser. If the problem is not related to the fuser, replace the engine controller board.

The problem is the fuser. Lower pressure roller is damaged. Possible wear and fuser fixing film.

WHERE'S THE FUSER ROLLER AND WHERE DO YOU PURCHASE FUSER OIL ON A HP LASER JET 4250 N PRINTER?

The 4250 uses an "assembly" that does not use fuser oil. The fuser is housed in the rear of the printer. It applies heat and pressure to the paper as it exits, melting the toner into the fibers of the paper. Some fusers are remanufactured. If done properly, with the proper amount of fuser sleeve grease, these fusers can last as long as the original equipment fuser.
If not properly trained, fusers should not be disassembled and rebuilt.

Our HP Color Laser Jet Printer keeps saying 50.2

Hi ellenf971:
Here is your problem.
50.X FUSER ERROR
50.2 error - Fuser Failure (Abnormal Warmup).
Perform the following steps:
1. The connector between the fuser and the
printer is not connected properly. Reseat
the fuser. Check the connector J5013
between the fuser and the printer. Replace
it if damaged.
2. Break in the main thermistor. Turn the
printer off and remove the fuser. Measure
the resistance between the fuser
connectors J5013LA-2 (MAINTH) and
J5013LA-1 (GND). If it is not within the rage
of 330k ohms to 50k ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser.
3. Break in the fuser heater. Measure the
resistance between the fuser connectors
J5013L-2 (FSRH) and J5013L-1 (FSRN)
with the fuser removed. If it is not within the
rage of 12 ohms to 52 ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser film unit.
4. Faulty DC controller. PCB Replace the
DC controller PCB
you will have to get an HP certified technician to replace the fuser assembly.

Hope this helps
