Question about Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus Silver Edition Graphic Calculator

TI84+ Silver Edition

The screen only shows the axes. When I try to use "MEM" (2nd +) it returns to the axes so I can't reset the calculator nor can I install a new OS from TI. Taking out the battery, holding Del does not work either. I can get the home screen but then the axes are back after pressing a button. Any ideas on this one?

Where is the reset button on a TI 84 Plus Silver Edition

There is no button. You use the key sequence [2nd][+] (Mem) 7:Reset.
See the screen captures below.

Be careful what you do with the Archive and All selections. You can explore them but do not confirm any resetting unless you understand all that it will do.
