Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I can download and store the ringtones just fine. My friend sent me a couple and I downloaded one from a website. But when I go to assign the ringtone (mp3) to a certain person, it is not listed. Only the default tones are listed. I have stored the downloaded ringtones but that didn't work either. This is so frustrating!
Before you can assign a ringtone to a contact, you must first go to "settings" and then to "ring styles". Click on "Detail" and go down to "Ringer IDs". Make sure it says "On". After that, you should be able to assign a ringtone to a contact by editing the contact details. (Custom ringtones are at the bottom of the list instead of at the top.) Hope that helps.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
