Question about Samsung Cell Phones
The problem with the phone is that there is a virus on it.
The virus might have been contacted from another device, either laptop, desktop, other phones bluetooth devices, or from mobile downloads.
To fix this, you have to get the appropriate cable and software and flash the phone.
Take note of files downloaded on memory cards as well.
