Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have an HP Officejet 6110. It was working fine, then (after printting several documents), I attempted to print an Excel spreadsheet and the error message above showed up on my printer view screen.
I have replaced the ink cartridges (with genuine HP cartridges) and the message won't go away.
I resolved the "remove and check cartridge" issue after reading the instructions at the above address. Most importantly, I replaced both cartridges and the problem was resolved.
The color cartridge appeared to be the issue. It had been in for months and used infrequently.
