Question about Nokia 3120 Cellular Phone
The first alternative i can ask you to use is the external earpiece that is attached to the earpiece port of the phone.
Then you can replace the mouth piece by turning off the phone, removing the battery cover, the battery and the sim, then you use a flat object like a knife or credit to split the phone open from the lining that is by the side of the phone, then you will see some screws by the edge of the phone, unscrew them and you will have access to the main board and the mouth piece, then you can disconnect the mouthpiece and replace it with a new one that you must have gotten for it.
After doing that, then you can reverse the process to reassemble the phone back together and your phone will be in good conditions once again.
