Dear sir,

probably there might be some viruses staying in your camera or the pin which connects the data cable and links the camea and p.c is worn out......

try connecting in other p.c to verify that is this your system problem or camera problem.........

also you can remove your memory card from ur cam and try connecting t ur op.c,to download the required datas from the cam...........

thank you..take care

How do I import my pictures of my device to computer

You need to provide the make and model of the camera and the type of computer your have. Generally you can take the data card out of the camera and plug it into a "data card" slot in the computer. Most computers over the past 7 years have a slot to put a data card and the computer should recognize it and allow you to transfer the files.
You can also use a cord that plugs in the camera and has a USB on the other end to plug into the computer. Try those and if you need more help, be more specific.

How do I download pictures from a AT&T Z221 to my PC using a USB cord?

Plug the USB cord from the camera into the USB port on your computer. The computer should see the camera as an external storage device. You can then click on the storage device and open the folder and copy the photos to your computer.
ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Problem downloading photos

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com )
