My oven door is not closing properly

Look at the bottom edge of the door (inside). A piece of food or gasket may have fallen in there and preventing it from closing. Second option is that a little person in your house tried to use the open oven door as a step-stool to climb onto the counter top. The climber's weight may have bent the door hinge. A replacement may be tricky in this case. Use a straight ruler or yardstick to check if all edges of the door are straight and not twisted or bent. Good luck

Model:KERI500. The glass in oven door has cracked and pieces of glass has fallen out in the oven. What in the heck is going on?? Purchased on 1999 and have loved the range, but this is shocking.

Every now and then I have seen glass breaking on oven doors and cooktops. Unfortunately this just happens sometimes. You will have to get a replacement glass from the manufacturer or go to a glass specialist and buy a piece of tempered glass.

Plastic grid - plastic holders have fallen off. Piece of ****. Is there anyway to replace this? It is the piece under the bottom of the drawer.

is it the grille you are talking about? if so your clips on the grille could be broke or missing. check the grille plate.

Driver window will not drive up or down.

if the motor runs, than it doesnt have to be replaced, your window is not secured to the track. those plastic pieces are what holds your window on the track. Replace those, you can get them for less than 20 bucks at the parts store

Had the same problem. Open battery/memory card compartment and identify the protruding piece on the inside of the door which when the door is closed appears to make contact with a switch. I solved my problem by using a very soft pointed object and very very gently pushing down on the switch. Replace the battery & memory card and switch the camera on as normal. It worked for me which would suggest that maybe sometimes the switch can become stuck or the protruding part on the door does not make proper contact. Hope this works for you.

are the images locked? on internal memory? or is it on a sd card?

(SD and MS cards feature a write lock. Unlock the card.)

This maybe useful to anyone whose "lock" toggle has fallen off. The plastic toggle is there to activate a switch in the device (like in digital camera) not on the card. To get the device to see the card as unlocked, just glue a small piece of plastic to fill the slot in the side of the SD card casing. You will loose the SD card lock feature but at least you will be able to write data to the card again Also, if you don't feel like glueing just stick a piece of tape on the side that will work too

the 4 square areas will most likely be behind the the memorycard slot or behind the actual lense you will have to solder it if the wiring has been broken off.

Card-cover open

Look for the switch on the memory card door of your camera. Usually a small piece of plastic on the door closes the switch when the door is closed. Check to make sure that the plastic piece is not worn down and is making contact with the switch. You can confirm that this is the problem by powering on the camera while closing the switch manually with a toothpick. Make sure you keep your fingers clear of the extending lens while doing this. If the plastic is worn down or broken off, try attaching a small piece of scrap plastic with super glue.
