If the machine is heating then your problem lies in the ventilation.

Have changed heating element and still does not dry my clothes

Did you check to see if the heating element is getting powered?
Chances are it is not - need to find out what component is responsible for no power to heater. How about the switch that directs power to the element?

Time to take out your voltmeter and start tracking the current thru the circuits.

Dryer runs but does not get hot and dry

It runs since the motor is still working and turning the drum. No heat since the heater element is broken so no heat got produced to dry clothes. Replace the heater element to correct the problem. Good luck

Doesn't completely dry clothing

Make sure lint filter is clean and vent pipe and outlet are not clogged.  If the clothes are getting warm then the element is working.

Dryer does not get hot enough to dry clothes Roper REX4634KQ1 Electric Dryer

Either the heater element is breaking or is loose and getting only 110V instead of 240V.  First I would check the wall outlet with a voltmeter for 240V between Line1 and Line2.  Also check the connections and continuity for the heater element.
