How to change the dining chair cloth from down an back side . I was trying to remove it I couldn't , how Cani remove the back side and down ?

the main thing about upholstery is to hide the seams !! so t remove it you will need to find out how they hid the seams , sometimes theres tack strips sometime theres tacks , sometimes its just glue , what ever kind u got , you will need to find edge of seam and rediscover what type of method they used to cover seams with , then its just a matter of undoing the fastener and taking cloth off of wood , ohh and a few hints , allways replace padding too and don't be tempted to use more than what was there , theres a reason they used that amount 1st time and you wont be happy if u try to use more when u put it back together

How do you remove links

There are small pins that are friction fit into the band. You will need a small screwdriver or something the less than the diameter of a paper clip. Using a small hammer tap the pin out in the direction of the arrow which is indicated on the back of the band. Do so for however many links that need to be removed. After doing this then put the band back together and replace the pin by taping it in until it is flush. Use a thin cloth over the pin when taping so you don't scratch the case. Good luck. If you need a professional go to a jeweler to help you out.. Thank you, Gabe.

Why don't the audio functions work?

I asume your system works OK directly?
The remote possibly needs cleaning, their rubber buttons are part of a larger mat and tend to exude or create a clear substance which messes up its contacts and make them non function.
To clean them you need to open its case up this can be easy or hard, first remove batteries and any screws you see.
If easy then a finger nail can prise its case apart around the seam, try all around as one part may be easier to open than another.
If hard then its leverage with a thin bladed knife etc until you find how its case clips together.
A few may be glued together then its care with a blade!
Once apart the plastic top and bottom can be washed in washing up water rinsed and dried.
The circuit board with its black (mostly) contacts and rubber matt on both sides can be cleaned with meths spirit or pure alchohol with a soft cloth do not over stretch that rubber mat though.
When clean and dry put back together and it should work OK, if possible you may be able to lay its mat on the board then power up and test before you put fully back together.
Hope this helps...........

Whirlpool wtw57esvw washer won't fill

I had the same problem, started filling right away, also when the wash cycle is done, the clothes are wet, it starts to fill again after spin cycle. I intended to buy a load sensing switch the next day, but it was $76 dollars. i removed the switch, gentley pryed it apart, there was 2 small thin brass/copper contact tabs, I bent them slightly to make better contact. I put the switch back together and reinstalled it, put the machine back together, and it has been 3 months with no problems.

I hit a clothes peg (second time using machine) now there is no power at all!!

You sheared the timing key. Remove top cover to engine, Remove flywheel bolt, Remove flywheel, Timing key is between flywheel and crankshaft. If timing key sheared or damaged in any way REPLACE. Put back together. Good luck.

Torpedo heater shuts off after several minuets, will not start again 5-6 minuets

These heaters require some preventative maintenance from year to year and here is my routine. There is a flame sensor in the burning tray, these collect carbon deposits, dust and dirt, and occasional insect nesting area. Locate the flame sensor by removing the top half of the heater, now remove it and clean with windex and soft terry cloth rag. Replace sensor and be sure it has an unobstructed view of the flame. Fuel is next, with the top still off locate the fuel nozzle, remove it and the say you can not clean these but I find that carb cleaner, q-tips and a tooth pick work just fine to clean them. Now when you remove the nozzle there is a screen filter directly behind it, these can corrode over storage so clean it too. Now inspect fuel lines for cracks, holes and dry rot. Put fuel system back together and the top on. The fuel line comes down thru the side panel and thru a filter then in to the tank. Remove side panel, locate fuel line, remove the filter and clean with a compressor and air gun. Blowing air thru the filter backwards will clean these right out. Put it back in line, put side panel back together. Next is the air filter on the inlet of the pump, they are foam. Clean this and dry it real good then put it back. Really look in the fuel tank to make sure you have no water, rust, or any other contaminants in the tank, fill with new fuel and you are ready for heat. Sounds complicated but really isn't, take your time and in an hour you will have this heater running like new.Good Luck

PSP joystick problem.

These are some of the steps you can do

1. Use the screwdriver to detach the face plate from the bottom of your PSP. You'll need to remove the battery pack. There are additional screws underneath the battery pack that need to come out to take off the face plate.
2. Look on the bottom side of your face plate. You will find four small bronze-colored rectangles lined up together. Take your damp cloth and wipe over this section. Wait 30 seconds, then wipe it off with a dry cloth. It is important that your cloth is just damp and no water is leaking from it.
3. Remove the plastic piece that covers the small bronze squares on the right side of the analog stick. Clean these with a damp cloth.
4. Put your PSP back together the same way you took it apart. Don't forget to screw the battery pack screws into place, or you will experience other problems down the road.

Will not change direction

First thing i would do is to put penetrating oil around the knob that you twist as it probably is just sticking. You can remove the air motor from the top assy & clean and oil everything as long as you put it back the same way. Thats what I do. Hope this helps you, Rick

Cloth stuck under agitator in washing machine.

there is a bolt under the fabric softner dispenser (if you have one) if not, its a plastic cap on the top of your agitator which pops off by hand or a butter knife.. then there is a bolt under there that holds the unit down..grap the bottom of your agitator and loosen the bolt and remove it...then lift up carefully on the whole thing..careful not to loose the seal and bolt to put the agitator back in place....good luck..

Fisher and paykel clothes dryer ED 54 -U

go back to the last thing that changed..."as soon as I put the unit back together"...what item may have pinched a wire during re-assembly....not saying it wasn't pinched before you started. I am saying there is a possibility of a wire pinched to chassis...an electrical short.
