I purchased OfficeSuite 2007 the alternative Microsoft Office and it worked find, but I got another virus and had to clean out everything. Now when I try to reinstall Officesuite, my compute does not read the disc.

Do you know anything about this software and does it only allow only one time to install.

Your computer's right, you don't have to do that.

>cough<

You'd better open up the disk in explorer and see if there's an install utility, or use the software's uninstall tool so that it makes sense to the computer to reinstall it.

Less is better though, anyway. Smart computer!

You can still install windows xp without the recovery disc. Just buy a windows xp installer then download the v2 premier driver in the net.

Can't reload XP

Depending on the age of your PC it may have Dell automatic recovery

During startup at the Dell Screen hold down the CTRL key and tap F11 twice

It may display the Dell Recovery from which you can set your computer back to factory settings

Please note all your files will be deleted

Can not get my printer to print

You may need to reload the software back into the computer , but make sure you uninstall any software for that printer you may have put in before. then shutdown your firewall if you have one, also turn off your antivirus , reinstall the software again , when done reboot the restart the computer, turn back on your firewall , and check all the connections between the PC and printer and try it with a test page. biigg53566

I would just do a clean install if I was you. Just put in the XP disk and install as if it were a new system. If you have files on your system that you want to keep just save them to a DVD or CD to avoid any issues with upgrading.
