Question about Amana AFD2535FE Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator
The freezer on the bottom freezes over in the back. What could be causing this to happen? Before I call in a repairman, I would like to have an idea of what is causing this problem and if it is worth fixing??
Couple things to check BEFORE calling the technician.. Check to make sure the coils under it are clean, 2nd make sure the coil cooling fan is working.. you can do this by getting behind the machine and check to see if the fan there is blowing..
IT could also be the defrost timer or the defrost heater.. these work in the back ground so you will never know unless you have ice buid up and such..
Hope this helps
