Hello, i have had customers with similiar problems, have you done a printhead check, on control panel press menu button, go to maintenence section, press okay for printhead test. what i need you to check is to see if all inks are printing, it might be possible that one of the colors is missing, or worse, that on of the colors is contaminated. if one ink cartridge is contamiated, replace, if not printing, place ink cartridge onto paper towel as if you are installing into machine, lift up, need to find out if the ink is coming out, if you don't see any on towel, no problem, check to see if the top area of ink cartridge, that the seal had been pulled. you may have to replace that cartridge because it to thick to flow thru printhead, or worse, printhead maybe clogged.
