Question about Pioneer AVH-5700DVD Car DVD Player
Use a toggle switch. It will work like the parking brake. The sensor in the radio is looking for the ground connection when you flip the switch. Hope that helps.

You cut the green brake wire leading to the brake and get a single pole switch from radio shack wire the green to the power part of the switch and get another piece of wire and ground it some where. when you want to play when driving click the switch and it will play while driving.
