If its a two cycle engine it sounds like its loading up on fuel.. Need to lean out the fuel on the carb. Not much or it will be to lean an stick the piston..

Well obviously you need to check the spark plug for fire. Try the old one first, then a new one. If you still don't have fire, then you probably burnt out the coil.

Did it just quit or you shut it off and won't re=start? Does fuel fill your primer bulb when you pump it ? spray some Carb cleaner NOT STARTING FLUID ! into carb throat and see if it fires,if it does than it's usually a carb problem, and also depending on what you did on your carb clean your needle valve which is neopreme and doesen't like carb cleaner it swells up and won't let fuel through, what I usually do is remove the needle and wipe the tip with clean rag and then clean body of carb with everything out of it then replace the needle and check setting and make sure diaphrams are in good shape not allstretched out or stiff, also make sure the little flaps on fuel pump diaph,seal to the little holes and are soft and pliable, also there is a screen on opposite side of needle, make sure this is clean. Like I said previously see if it will fire on carb cleaner, if so go to the carb. if this is all good then check exhaust port for beeing plugged or the muffler screen being plugged this usually only causes the machine to not accelerate if these are plugged, but will usually still start but just bog. good luck and let me know how you make out.If you have spark and fuel your comp could low or your crank seals may be bad not letting it **** fuel into intake.

You still have problems in the carb highspeed circuit..some debris in the passages...
BE SURE TO USE COMPRESSED AIR TO BLOW OUT THE CARB.
(be sure to watch the inlet valve seat, you can loose it and not even know it) Blow the carb clean in a box or something that will contain any part that may be expelled during cleaning.
