Dude my mp3 is screwed help me please

Having gone over a month without a response to my query, I assume my suggested reset solved the problem.

Dude connect your mp3 player to your pc and then format it ... it will help alot...!

The EQ does not have a on off switch. Just chose what you want it to be by clicking on it. If the problem still occurs refresh your ipod by hold the menu and center button at the same time, then try again.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard

There's no firmware upgrade - I believe you have to uninstall windows media player 11 to use this model of mp3 player, but it's too late for that now, b/c it has already become corrupted.

I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

You Have To Update Your Firmware

Mine has froze a few times also, Remove the four screws on back cover and take out battery. wait just a little while and replace.... works for me ! Wish they would have put a reset button somewhere on player ( hummmm to easy..................

It refreshes the database to build the menu for you to navigate.

Your device may have corrupt data in it and therefore takes longer than normal to build the library.

You can format the device to remove everything, and then re-transfer them to see if that helps.

To format in My Computer>Device Name (e250)>right Click and select format.
