Make sure where you are plugging them in at they match up with the small pics next to the plug in. They are sometimes hard to fit and don't try to force it in, you may bend the connectors. Just gently turn it as your trying to gently connect it and it should fit just right for you. Also check before you plug it in to make sure that the connectors arent already bent, if so it wont fit.

My mouse doesnt work, when my mouse s plugged the keyboard wont work too

Try to unplugged both (mouse and keyboard) and reboot your computer. Wait at least 10-20 seconds and plugged the two devices. If your devices is a USB type try to interchange the plugged to a different port. Hope this will fix your issue.

I UNPLUGGED MY CORDLESS KEYBOARD AND MOUSE FROM THE COMPUTER AND PLUGGED IT BACK IN, THE KEYBOARD WORKS AND THE MOUSE DOESNT. IT WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE

It is not uncommon for the system to lose track of an input device.

Most of the time reseating of the input in the connector is sufficient. However there are time when you have to reboot.

Place the keyboard and mouse in the places you want in the computer's ports, and reboot.

good luck and don't forget to vote!!!

Mouse & Keyboard

Hi,

Try to plug in anothor USB port of your PC then restart. If it needs to syncronize push the little button on the wireless USB and the link button on the mouse (on some wireless models it has to link).

Hope this helps..

My mouse does not want to work , theres power but doesnt work

This is kind of hard to diagnose without more information but i can try to help you out. Has the mouse ever worked? If the mouse was working fine and just quit working then you most likly will need to change the batteries. Once you change the batteries you will have to then re-sync the mouse with the usb device the plugs into the computer. Its usually just as simply as hitting the button the the usb device (adapter that connects to the computer) and then hitting the button on the bottom of the mouse (usually on the bottom) if this is the first time you are installing the device usually u put batteries in the mouse. Then you do the same sync process above. I hope this helps
Thanks
Steven.

Acer monitor frozen & curser will not move.

If your mouse will not move, it is a problem with the computer, Make sure you're plugging it into the correct port. If it's a ps2 mouse don't plug it into the keyboard port by mistake.

Does the keyboard work? If you press the windows key does the start menu come up?

If the keyboard works, try using a USB mouse. If the keyboard does not work, try plugging the keyboard in where the mouse is and the mouse in where the keyboard is.

Wireless keyboard doesnt work with switch

once you have switched pc you will need to re-sync the wireless keyboard and mouse with the new pc, because although you have switched pc the keyboard and mouse do not know this. there should be a reset/resync button on the bottom of both the keyboard and mouse
