Question about Toshiba XM-1802B (XM1802B) Plug-In Module 24x CD-ROM Drive
Go to control panel administrive tools computer managament device manager scroll to cd/dvd rom drives select the drive right click select properties you can uninstall it then reinstall it or roll back the driver or select general there you can troubleshoot it there are more tabs you can select to fix this problem
