Question about ASUS Eee 4G Notebook
As described, the operating system isn't properly installed. As it's new, it should still be under warranty. Take it back to the vendor and get them to sort it out.
Failing that, you need the recovery disk, as its new you've probably not been able to make one yet.
Don't mess about with it, you'll void your warranty.
