Question about Frigidaire FEF336BC Electric Kitchen Range
Hi, We have a Frigidaire GLEFZ384HCA range in which the digital display stopped working along with the oven. Research shows that this could be either the 'built in safety thermal cut-out' or the 'control board'. Can you tell me how to verify either of these potential failures and what the P/Ns of teh replacement parts are for my model #? Also, is there another potential cause of failure? Thanks, John
The problem is related to faulty control board.Due to which the digital display and oven stopped working,.

Tips for a great answer:
Hello friend, thanks for your post!
From what you are describing it sounds like a possible issue with your control panel. I was able to locate the Use and Care Guide for your Frigidaire range, FGEF3077KWA, and it does show that the fan will run during preheat.
I would suggest a reset on your range which you can do by unplugging or flipping the household circuit breaker off for ten minutes. Hope this helps. -Matt

Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
