Hi, Welcome to fixya, I understand that you have a problem with regards to your Dazzle DVC 100 and the problem you encounter is regarding to the sound. Is this no sound, or garbage sound? If no sound did you connect the audio cable properly? Could you please check your device manager.
Click on Start>Control panel>system>hardware>device manager>sound and video games controller> right click on video capture device uninstall it. Right click on dazzle audio device uninstall it also. Restart your computer. After restarting let your computer detect and install the driver device. Open your IDVDR and try it again.
i have problem my motherboard asrock k7s41gx i install the os xp service pack 3 but the audio didnot detect and the video card didnot detect how i do to detect the audio and video card
I would suggest u to the restore your computer because somebody or you might uninstall the sound card software by mistake. Go on start then all programs then accesories then system tools and then restore

Find Windows Audio in the list. Most likely it has not 'started', as stated beside each of the items in the list. Click on it, then click 'start'. Re open your itunes and it should be working.
