Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times per

These problem usually occur when you are using a trial versions that have expired or a "half-cracked" version of a software. In order to reinstall the program you have to do some Registry editing. If you are a "novice" don't try to edit the registry, any errors you may make might render your system unbootable. (Do at your own risk)

Alternatively you can use a commercial uninstaller like 'final installer' or 'perfect uninstaller', etc...an many more in the market. Reinstall the program and use the uninstallers to remove the program and its remnats from the registry.

The Basic mode of System Mechanic offers virus protection and malware identification.
To use the other programs and obtain the additional service benefits of System Mechanic, you will need to upgrade to System Mechanic Professional.
The upgrade process is a simple task.
Visit the System Mechanic website at iolo.com and click on "Products," then choose "Upgrades and Renewals" from the drop-down list.
This will open a page where you can begin the upgrade process.
Enter your activation code.
At the top of the "Upgrades and Renewals" page there is a place to enter your activation code from System Mechanic.

3. Navigate to C:\Program Files and delete the iolo folder.

**If any of these folders state a file is in use, open your Windows Task Manager and end any iolo processes that are running and try again. Ultimately, Windows Safe Mode will allow all of the folders to be removed.
