First power off the machine. Then hold down the 2 and 5 button and turn on the machine. Hold down to you the 25 mode screen. Then touch Soft switch setting. The next screen you get your going to use the arrow buttons to put a 3 in the first box (LEFT) a 1 in the second box (middle) and change the 1 to a 0 in the third box. then touch exit power off the machine. If the code 36-2 comes back there is a problem with the Fusing Unit the hot part (sensor could have gone bad.). do not keep trying to reset. The machine is telling you its broke keep doing it could cause a lot more damage or start a fire. Get a technician out to look at it.

SOURCE: f 35 7 on a Konica 7030

F35-7 is fuser error on a konica 7030. Resetting the fuser error might just fix your problem. First turn your copier on while holding down the 2 and 5 key. Next press 1 for soft switch setting, then press the left up arrow key to 3 and the right up arrow key to 1, now press the OFF key to change the data to 0 (it should read 3-1 :0)press return. Power the machine OFF/ON. If the problem persist then you most likely have a bad thermistor, however it can also be a bad heat lamp or thermistat.

There is toner/starter spilled onto a sensor near the drum, it mite just need to be cleaned, this sensor monitors the drums abililty to develope a image, if the cleaning does not work it mite be the sensor or the drum. The drum needs to be removed to clean the sensors.

KONICA 7030 F-35-7 CODE

F35-7 is a low temp abnormality in the fixer.
To reset you need to enter the '25' mode and go to dip switch 3 - 1 and reset this to 0.
This should reset the code. ( dip switch 3, 1 to 7 control the high/low temps for the fixing unit i believe they should all be 0)

Hope this helps.
