Question about Computers & Internet
A few reasons is possible, some sites are case sensitive when it comes to answer questions. Example say if your highschool was named "example" but your typing it in as "Example" because of the capsized E. you can throw it off, as well make sure that you didnt add any publication when you answered it the first time like "example." if your still having issues go to the site that your having issues with and see if that company has a "contact us" link. Then you will have to contact them and ask them to reset your password for you.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
