YEs i have a Kenwood X592.And my subwoofers only beat when the tuner is on.when i place a cd or my jump drive in all it does is play the music.the subs dont work

you have the remote amplifier turn on wire hooked up wrong. The power antenna goes off when the radio does... so it will lose power when you put in a cd or go to aux.
install the blue wire labled AMP. or REM.
Problem solved.

Sony output problem

All i did was mess with the REM wire, and found out i had to hook the REM wire to the blue/white wire on the deck. Instead of the blue/white wire, i had it hooked up to the solid blue wire on the deck which was preventing my amp from playing on CD.

Music not playing from subs

Do this for the sub amp...

With your multimeter set to DC volts, the black meter lead on the ground terminal of the amp (not on the point where the ground wire connected to the vehicle) and the head unit on (so the amp will have remote voltage applied), touch the red lead alternately to the B+ and remote terminals of the amp. If the voltage is below ~11 volts, you need to check the wiring feeding whichever line is too low.

Amps wont stay on

try to look at the connection on the back of the cd player and make sure that the amp power wire is connected to the power wire on the wire harness on the back of the cd player and that should work but i only need one amp for a pair of 6by9s and subs try to bridge the speakers all to one amp that should cause it to sta on while in cd mode hope that helps

No sub when listening to a cd

you're using the wrong remote output wire. You have it hooked to the power ANTenna wire (blue) which turns off when not using the tuner. You need to use the REM OUT wire (blue w/ white stripe).

Amp help

it might not be the amp that is not working it could be the sub or sub's. Try takeing a sub out of the box and look down the hole in the center of the magnet on the back of the sub and look and see if you can see any wire's or any thing that has come unwound in the sub and if you do see wire's then you have blown your sub. If you dont see any wires then you could completly disconect your amp for 20 to 25 minutes and then plug it back in and see if that fix's your problem. If none of this works then you can take your amp to an audio store and have them test the circut board in your amp.
