Dear Sir, I have a printer with model number Zeebra P330i card printer, at the time of printing it showing out of cards, but card are exists in printer, pls help me to solve this problem.

Try to remove and install the cards again, check the settings and the paper tray alignment. If that does not work then might be the printer sensors have gone bad and you need a new one.
Thanks. If this was helpful, then kindly rate me.

Just had machine serviced (reset sensors, recalibrated ribbon, belts checked and orings) I've printed about 20 cards, now I keep getting a "out of cards" message or mechanical error . Thanks

Mechanical error is a message that comes up for many reasons, probably in this case it is because the rollers are turning and a card is not getting to the appropriate sensor on time. Out of cards is shown when the sensor in the feed hopper thinks there are no cards present. Try blowing any dust off the sensors. Perhaps the connection has come loose when the printer was in transit. It could have been knocked if the service agent removed all of the covers to service it.

Paper out indicator

I do know what's going either, but to get around this I have to keep paper in the loaded position. So turn the printer off, put a letter size sheet of paper in (as though getting ready to print), turn printer on again, and now the printer gives the "press pause" msg, press it, the paper will load up, and then the printer reads again, "Ready".

The printer just seems to want paper in it or else it won't read "Ready".
