Why are there coloured srtips on the screen

If you are refering to the LCD on the printer itself, the screen is either has a bad ribbon cable tfrom the PCA board or to the LCD itself. This should still be under warranty, (maybe?) At this point it is a Manufacturer's bad componet, which falls under workmanship. Your best bet to correct this before the whole screen goes out is to contact the manufacturer and arrange to have another printer sent to you .They will give you instructions on what to do. Also keep in mind these small printers do not have consumable parts, they are marketed for the ink.

HP Photosmart A516 Prints beautifully BUT will only print the first picture on the sd memory card. It prints the first picture and then when the buttons are pressed to put the econd picture on the screen...

Try a hard reset first: Unplug the printer from PC (if connected) and power source for about 5 minutes. Replug and see if this resolves the issue..

Please post back with results, etc, and I will try to assist you further if need be. If the solution was helpful, kindly take a moment to "Accept" it.

Thanks

Does anyone know how to disassemble HP Photosmart A516 Compact Photo Printer?

Using fine slot screwdriver gently pry off button bezel (where it says "HP Photosmart A516) clicking 4 tabs (2 top, 2 bottom). Next take out 2 T10 screws beside buttons and pry off grey wrap around bezel. Next, take out 4 T10 screws (2 on back, 2 on side). Now you can separate the top half from the bottom half.

Constant Charging Flash HP Photosmart R927 digital camera

First I'd try turning the flash off, a manual option on nearly all camera's. Take a couple of photo's without flash, and turn the camera off and on a couple of times then turn the flash back on to auto.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, I suggest going to the HP website, follow links to support and/or downloads and see if there's a firmware upgrade for your camera.

There aren't ones. What you most likely need is the driver

HP W1907 Monitor goes black after resolution change

This is normal, but it should only take less than a minute for your computer to readjust, make sure all your graphic card drivers are updated, for that may be a factor.

Contact me if you need more detailed explaining.

Reboot into Safe Mode using the F* key procedure.

Go to SYSTEM PROPERTIES / ADVANCED / STARTUP AND RECOVERY / SETTINGS. Uncheck Automatically Restart. (most everyone should do this).

Now uninstall the printer.

Reboot. try again.

Good luck.

Hp photosmart 375

As the previous message stated, I had the same problem and it was resolved by making sure that I used the original power cable. I couldn't find it at first and tried with three others all with the same error. Finally it was resolved by using the original.
