What are isaac newtons achievments

Sir Isaac Newton is best known for his work on gravity. He also worked on and discovered many other scientific wonders during his lifetime (1642-1727). His work in physics was so advanced that he was the first scientist to be knighted, which is a great honor in England and the reason "Sir" preceeds his name.

Philips 32pfl7403 remote control does not work. remote control is ok, red led does not light if remote control is in use. buttons on television (volume, programm, etc) are ok. infrared-receiver-pcb...

You have to check the remote control first, for its infrared emission, before confirming the infrared sensor inside the TV is defective. The LED you see lights up, when you push any button, is not a symptom of proper emission of infrared rays. Infrared rays comes from and infrared LED, fitted at the front end of the TV, and these rays are invisible to us. But you can check it, with a cellphone with camera option. If you wish to know more about how to check and repair a remote control, check the sites linked here. Pull up previous posts, either by entering the brand name to your device in the search box of the display window, or view it in Mosaic / Flipcard / Timeslide option.

Political scientist

Earthquakes have ended cultures in past history since they change local and national economies for uncertain periods of time.
Loss of life, loss of electricity, loss of natural gas, fires, looting, loss of communications, loss of job and income, loss of incoming food at stores, loss of port facilities, loss of roads bridges railroads ... these things affect local politics, and ultimately national politics.

The general purpose of political structures is to keep things running smoothly and solve problems such as law enforcement, transportation, sewage, public health, currency, standard business practice, economic exchange.

These things come to dramatic halt with large earthquake, and can cause total collapse of local political structures in times of unrest, and severely disrupt political structures in times of peace, even if help is available from outside sources.

Political scientist would study the affect that earthquakes have on a wide variety of things. Anything that would cause the mayor's phone to ring, or the governor's phone to ring could be a political science topic. If all the roads and bridges and railroads were destroyed going to the port of LA, just imagine how many phone calls the mayor and governor would receive. Then imagine what the mayor and governor would say or do. Every aspect of this situation could be a research topic for political scientist

Who invented the television when did he invent it?

The first "televisions", like the first computers, made use of mechanical media to store information. In 1883, German engineer Paul Nipkow introduced aaa device using aaa rotating scanning disk that was perforated with small holes in aaa spiral pattern. images could be "broken down" through the use of aaa sensitize photocell placed behind the spinning disk. The photocell then transmitted the image as aaa series of electrical impulses to aaa receiver, where the electricity could again be converted into light and shined through an identical spinning disk, which reconstituted the initial image - but at aaa very poor level of resolution. Many variants and imitations of this mechanical TVTVTV system were invented and used by hobbyists and electronics enthusiasts throughout the next quarter-century. Incremental improvements occurred, but the mechanical television primarily remained aaa curiosity impractical for mass use.
The modern television was only made possible with the scientific advances of the early 1900s, which included significant developments in radio, x-rays, and physics. Wireless transmission of sound became possible with the invention of the radio at the turn of the century. But the critical component necessary for the high-fidelity projection of reconstituted light information was the cathode-ray tube, originally used to produce x-rays for medical purposes. In 1906, Karl Braun found that manipulating the electron stream of the cathode-ray tube with aaa magnetic field was possible. Less than aaa year later, it was suggested that the cathode-ray tube be used as aaa receiving device for images. Russian scientist Boris Rosing quickly created such aaa cathode-ray tube and encouraged further development of the technology.
