Dear sir,

the first suspect is your battery, which is running in low battery....kindly recharge the battery for few hours with the original charger, because the charging volt varies from battery to battery of the same brand and using this universal charger is definitely going to harm ur camera very worse, kindly go for the original charger and charge the battery and then put your camera on........

if still the problem is the same ,the problem is usually caused by virus and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not to function, the only solution is to flash ur cam software from the nearest samsung service centre and it is going to be done free of cost,if your camera is under warranty .......

thank you..take care

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I purchased a 8gig sd card and tried to put it in

The camera only supports SD memory (limit 2GB), not SDHC (4GB and more). The manual claims up to 1GB guaranteed, though the camera recognizes my 2GB card card.

I didn't get usb port

Either comes with it, or not. Sounds like a budget model, that has no port, and requires you to take the memory card out and put it into the computer to download.

This really worked for me....to set it back to default setting...I had no more trouble! Try it. I removed my memory chip before I did this so nothing would happen to the photos. I doubt it would have any bearing, but I was being precautious.
