Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
The phone will shut off, so I tried the reset and waited until it update, well the main screen come up but it will not play any music for both the radio and songs I download
Use the Philips Device Manager to get the firmware upgrade to resolve your DB corruption issue. If the computer or device mgr don't recognize that the player is plugged in, then:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
