Thats a pretty awkward error message your getting... You should talk to your carrier about the gprs services thing, but you can also try 'get settings' - from your carrier. To do this, go to start>settings>phone>services tab. Then select network service and tap get settings and select standard. If it is on home only, that might be your problem, even though I have never tried home only.
