Question about Televison & Video
Blu-Ray players and High Definition DVD Upscaling players will only show their full resolution when connected to a High Definition TV via an HDMI lead. These are widely available both online and at electronic appliance stores and can be obtained from many online retailers for a lot less than in regular shops.
Don't pay extra for "high quality" leads as they make absolutely no difference. HDMI leads carry digital data only so the cheapest ones do exactly the same job to the same standard as the "gold plated, oxygen free, blah, blah, blah" ones which get sold to those with far more money than sense.
