Question about Jack Lalanne Power Juicer 250 Watts
Hi when i use the jack lalanne jucier it is always a problem to clean behind the strainer because i cannot remove it. could you please give me the directions on how to remove it
I didn't have the appropriate "crescent tool" either, so I took a small screwdriver and while holding on to the outer orange sieve, I rotated the inner piece counter clockwise and it loosened so that I could fully disassemble the machine.

After unscrewing the three screws for the silver blade, hold on to the orange strainer part and turn the center orange piece counterclockwise. It will loosen up. You shouldn't need a tool to do this, I didn't.

To remove the screen, one needs an orange "Crescent Tool". If you need replacement parts call 1.800.526.2518 or visit the website www.jackspowerjuicer.com They are in the East coast so keep in mind their hours.
As far as cleaning the filter, I use a long handle brush. It cleans inside and out. Hope this helped you both out.
