Check your printer spooler: Follow this step.
1. Click "START
2. Click Setting
3. Click "Control Panel" you shoud be on the control panel box.
4. Choose "Administrative Tools"
5. Choose "Services" now you should be on the Service box
6. Find "Print Spooler" and then restart it by clicking stop and then start it again.
